To call for the records relating to the Judgment and Decree dated 11.09.2020 passed in A.S.No.23 of 2016 by the Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 12.04.2016 passed in O.S.No.280 of 2011 by the District Munsif Court, Nilakottai, and set aside the same.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.MALAICHAMY, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking refund of the excess court fee that has been paid along with memorandum of grounds. The memo of valuation attached with the memorandum of grounds shows that total court fee payable is Rs.1860/- and the counsel has paid a sum of Rs.16,458/- as court fee. Therefore, it is clear that there is an excess payment of court fee to the tune of Rs.14,598/-. 2.Registry is directed to issue refund certificate for the said amount.
