ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher. She was imposed with punishment, by order dated 03.06.2025. As against the order of punishment, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent/the Joint Director of Elementary Education on 23.07.2025. The petitioner, with a grievance that her appeal has not been decided so far, has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conclude the appeal within a time frame.

2. Mr.S.Vinodh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submits that the 1st respondent would conclude the appeal proceedings within a period of six months.

3. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

4. The petitioner appears to have filed an appeal in the month of 2/4

July 2025 and the same is pending before the 1st respondent.
