For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.30 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC in Crime No.30 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the respondent police after completing the investigation has laid the final report in C.C.No.115 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and that the learned Judicial Magistrate has ordered for issuance of summons to the accused. 3.Since the learned Magistrate has ordered for issuance of summons to the accused, the question of granting anticipatory bail petitioner does not arise.

CRL OP(MD). No.8197 of 2022 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
