ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 294(B) of IPC in Crime No.120 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The defacto complainant is one Annakkodi. Her specific allegation is that she had paid a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- to the first petitioner herein who had assured her that he would arrange a job for the son of the defacto complainant for the post of Assistant Engineer in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the third petitioner herein had already lodged a complaint with the respondent police against the defacto complainant on 04.03.2018 and the respondent police has also issued receipt bearing C.S.R.No.35/2018 dated 19.03.2018 and it is the counter blast to the complaint given by the third petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.This Court went through the contents of the F.I.R. The allegation of the defacto complainant is against the first petitioner herein who promised to get a job for her son. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the first petitioner herein. However, no major part has been attributed to the petitioners 2 to 4.

5.Therefore, while dismissing the anticipatory bail for the first petitioner herein, this Court grants anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners 2 to 4 with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners 2 to 4 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II of Usilampatti, Madurai District and on them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 2 to 4 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 2 to 4 shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioners 2 to 4 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
