The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed stating that the son of the petitioner by name Shanmuganathan is missing since 16.02.2025 and he sent a representation dated 18.02.2025 to the Superintendent of Police and the same is not acted upon.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the son of the petitioner viz., Shanmuganathan was arrested in Crime No.35 of 2025 by the Udayarpallam Police Station, for the offence under Sections 331(3) and 305 of BNS and he was remanded to Judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jeyankondan. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
