ORDER
The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.61 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in S.T.C.No.93 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
