O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.03.2018 for offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 3 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was a previous enmity between the petitioner and the proposed accused. Therefore, the petitioner gave a representation to the second respondent on 12.03.2018. However, no action has been taken and hence the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is under petition enquiry stage.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the respondent to conduct the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
