ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners by way of foisting false case against the petitioners.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent Nos.1 & 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.179 of 2018 under women missing case. In this regard the petitioner was called for enquiry.

4.Once the petitioner is called and enquired, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner in future in the name of enquiry.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
