RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.257 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.26 of 2020, dated 30.01.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GOWRISHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.257 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.26 of 2020, dated 30.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.257 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.26 of 2020, dated 30.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.257 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.26 of 2020, dated 30.01.2020 is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2352 of 2020 effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
