ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court, specifically condition No.7(iv) of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2035 of 2025, dated 12.02.2025.

2. Mr.C.Deepakkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widower and she has some difficulty in appearing before the respondent Police. Hence, she is unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2035 of 2025, dated 12.02.2025. Therefore, he prays for the modification of condition No.7(iv) of the order passed in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated 2/4

in Paragraph No.7(iv) of the order in the said petition and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Karumalaikoodal Police Station, Salem District weekly once (i.e., on Monday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
