O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned II Additional Sessions Judge for SC & ST Cases, Tirunelveli to dispose the case in S.C.No.83 of 2010 within the time limit.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is the first accused and the witness warrant has been issued to secure P.W.1.

3. Taking into consideration of the long pendency of the case and the petitioner's constitutional right to have an adjudication at the earliest point of time, the respondents are directed to take appropriate steps to secure the presence of P.W.1 and the II Additional Sessions Judge for SC/ST Cases, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.82 of 2010 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
