This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and to take appropriate action against the second respondent on the basis of his representation dated 24.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent is law abiding citizen and there is no attempt made to dispossess the petitioner unlawfully.
