This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the fourth respondent, dated 05-03-2021 and consequently direct the respondents to extent of lease period by six months. 2.Considering the pendency of the writ petition, the licence itself was cancelled. In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in the said writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
