This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.376 of 2012, on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal as far as this petitioners are concerned.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners name has not been mentioned in the charge sheet and the name of A1 alone has been mentioned in the charge sheet. A copy of the charge sheet has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioners. He has also perused the charge sheet and requested this court to record the submissions of the Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
