ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the classification of lands from agricultural land to house site.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has been issued patta in respect of the subject lands. However, erroneously the lands are reflected to be agricultural lands. Subsequently, the lands are reclassified as town survey in the municipality records. However, the patta continuously reflects the lands as agricultural lands and therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation to the second respondent on 02.01.2025, seeking conversion of the lands from agricultural land as house sites. The petitioner seeks disposal of the said representation.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, by the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. Admittedly, the petitioner has sent a representation to the second respondent on 02.01.2025, seeking conversion of petitioner's land as house sites instead of agricultural land. It is for the second respondent to consider the said application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
