This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from in any manner transferring the petitioner's husband namely Jeyakumar, son of Ramachandran, (Life Convict) from Madurai Central Prison to Central Prison, Trichy on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents produced a Letter No.21067/jF-5/2018 dated 12.2018 stating that the petitioner's husband is now confined in Central Prison, Madurai only.
