RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3417 of 2021 order dated 04.3.2021 on the file of Hon'ble Court and permit the petitioner to deposit the condition amount in Cr.No.10 of 2021 on the file of respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VISHNU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3417 of 2021, dated 04.03.2021 and permit the petitioner to deposit the condition amount to the credit of crime No.10 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in an earlier occasion, the defacto complainant refused to receive a sum of Rs.7,500/- and now the same was received by the defacto complainant. Due to resistance of the defacto complainant, there was some delay occurred and the petitioner is not in a position to execute the sureties in time.

CRL MP(MD) No.2197 of 2021 3.Considering the above submission, the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. If the petitioner is not complied with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioner.
