However, the personal appearance of the petitioner(Crl.MP(MD)No.8284/17) before the trial Court, is dispensed with unless and until the presence of the petitioner is specifically required by an order of Court. Consequently, Crl.MP (MD).No.8283 of 2017 is closed.
