Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Solicitor General of India appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent pointed out that C.C.145 of 2016 is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam.

3. Therefore, the petitioner will have to necessarily move the jurisdictional Criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad. As and when such application is filed, the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate will dispose of the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
