This petition is for directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that on the basis of a complaint given by one C.R.Mani, as against the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and that the same was also closed, as no cognizable offence was made out. It is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated and hence there is no question of harassment.
3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
