This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in M.C.No.1 of 2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen from the records that the grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Moreover, trial has been commenced. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Considering the year of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District is directed to complete the entire trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
