When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that one Vanitha https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has already been appointed and therefore, the relief sought for by

the petitioner cannot be granted.

2. Upon hearing the above submission, Mr.G.Kalidoss, learned Junior Counsel for the petitioner (having Enrollment No.3239 of 2018 & Mobile No.7448974358), seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order given to the said Vanitha, if so advised, in the manner known to law, after making her as a party to the proceedings. No costs.
