This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry based on the complaint given by one Muthuselvi in the year 2011.
