On receipt of the same, the first respondent has also initiated action, as could be seen from the communications sent to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, dated 11.01.2021, 18.01.2021 & 12.02.2021.

2. In view of the above, we direct the first respondent to remove the encroachments, if any, after following due process of law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
