2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, final report has been filed and the same was taken on file as SC No.306 of 2022, on the file of Mahila Court, Madurai. 3.In view of the above, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1518 of 2023, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Madurai on 16.03.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
