*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent pointed out that in respect of the very same subject matter, already a Writ Petition is pending before this Court in W.P.[MD]No.10583 of 2019. 2.We are of the view that there is no need of multiple litigations on the very same subject matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application for getting impleaded in the said Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
