RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1139 of 2021 dated 02.01.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1139 of 2021 on 02.02.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.2118 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1139 of 2021 on 02.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
