ORDER

By order dated 26.04.2019, this Court had directed the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 27.11.2018. Alleging that this direction has not been complied with, this Contempt Petition came to be filed. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate states that the order has been passed as early as on 31.08.2019 and the photo copy of the same was also given to the petitioner as well as the petitioner's counsel.
