ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the complaint on the file of the 3rd respondent to some other independent or specialized agency like CBI or CBCID of Kanyakumari District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 26.08.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the present petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and after investigation, a case has been registered against the accused persons in Crime No.38 of 2017, on 02.02.2017, for the offences under Sections 120(b), 407, 409 and 420 IPC.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
