This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint preferred by the third respondent.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the third respondent / defacto complainant and the same was closed. As on date, no complaint was pending as against the petitioner and there is no harassment at the hands of the official respondents, as alleged by the petitioner.
