ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 10.03.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police is present.

3. When this case was listed before this Court on 12.03.2025, 14.03.2025 and 28.03.2025, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case was adjourned. Thereafter, when this case was listed on 16.04.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. With a view to give one more opportunity, this Court adjourned the matter to 23.04.2025. When this matter was listed on 23.04.2025, this matter was specifically ordered to be listed on 25.04.2025, in the top of the list.

4. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, once again, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to 2/3

dismiss this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
