ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.10.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 294(B) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.251 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the deceased, the petitioner attacked the deceased with stick and caused his death.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 23.10.2014 and the respondent has also filed a charge sheet and therefore, he may be granted bail.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has vehemently opposed the application stating that the petitioner belongs to the State of Assam and if he is released on bail, he will not be available for trial. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, considering the fact that the respondent has already laid a charge sheet in this case and the case is numbered as PRC No.1 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
