O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thiruchirappalli, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.39 of 2013, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the complaint was lodged in the year 2012 and that it was taken on file in the year 2013 and the criminal case is being dragged on, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thiruchirappalli, is directed to expedite the trial in C.C. No.39 of 2013 and to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
