The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to direct the respondent not to intervene in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was received and the same is enquired and closed. It is in the said circumstances, the learned Government Advocate further states that no further enquiry is contemplated and hence, there is no harassment.
