ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A1 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.105 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 10 kgs of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 27.02.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge of Principal Special Court for E.C and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.
