ORDER

The relief sought in this Writ Petition is in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents not to construct a Fair Price Shop within the temple premises, claiming that he is a devotee of the said temple.

2. Since the relief sought is essentially in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation, the present Writ Petition filed in an individual capacity is not maintainable.
