The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to issue the passport to the writ petitioner based upon her application dated 12.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Cr.No.182 of 2024, on the file of the second respondent which has culminated in filing of a charge sheet on 14.02.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karambakkudi, Pudukkottai District.
