... Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent to conduct Preliminary Enquiry upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 27.05.2017 and to direct the first respondent to supervise the same.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to conduct Preliminary Enquiry upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 27.05.2017 and to direct the first respondent to supervise the enquiry. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that though the petitioner was required to attend the enquiry, he did not attend and that the second respondent will be able to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks, if the petitioner appears for the enquiry.

4. In these circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent, as required by the second respondent and the second respondent shall complete the Preliminary Enquiry as required in law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
