2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the communication of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.(Aa8)/10343/2024 dated 28.03.2025 addressed to him and submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner had been removed.
