[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu namely, Karunamurthy, male, aged about 43 years, S/o Navaneethakrishnan, who has been branded as "Drug Offender" by the second respondent in C.No.10/Detention/C.P.O/TC/2021 dated 02.03.2021, as contemplated under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

H.C.P.(MD) No.385 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.1821, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 19.04.2021, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government.

3. Recording the above submissions, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
