ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime NO.602 of 2014 on the file of the respondent with the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact and a referred charge sheet notice has been served on him.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the referred charge sheet notice was not served.

5. This Court is not willing to go into that fact. Hence, the respondent is directed to serve another copy of referred charge sheet notice within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
