PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.351 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police within time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.351 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the delay is only due to the fact that no one was posted as Inspector of Police in the concerned police station for sometime and that the investigation is almost completed. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) further submitted that final report will be filed within two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said statement of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the Criminal Original petition is allowed and the respondent herein is directed to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.351 of 2013, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
