Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A) I.P.C., and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

Heard Mr.M.Ramu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. This Court, by Order dated 15.04.2015, referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, to find out the possibility of settlement and before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. The terms of which are as follows:

"1.

Both the petitioner No.1 and the defactocomplainant agree for reunion.

2. The petitioner No.1 agrees to live as dutyfull husband to his wife and sincere father to his children (Minor) Kousalya 19 years, Divya 17 years, Santhiya 14 years, Snthosh 10 years.

3. The defacto-complainant also agrees to live with her husband and children happily with their Children.

4. The petitioner No.1 and the defacto-complainant agrees to take their children to the petitioner No.1 from her father's house only after 6 months as they are studying in the School at Karungalakudi, Melur, Usilampatti.

5. The petitioner No.1 agrees to join the children in good standard School on the next academic year.

6. Both the petitioner No.1 and the defactocomplainant agree to burry the past and decided to live happily.

7. The defacto-complainant agrees to withdraw the complaint prefer against the petitioners on the file of the All Women Police Station, Melur, Madurai."

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted since the parties have settled their dispute amicably, the respondent Police have closed the petition enquiry on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant.
