Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been ask to appear before the second respondent on 27.05.2019 with the documents.

3. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's requests for survey exercise in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
