ORDER
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking to quash the notice under Section 91 Cr.P.C. issued by the Cyber Crime Police Station, Madurai City Dated 28.01.2024 and to defreeze the petitioner's Account No. 3311900502 IFSC Code - KKBK0000650 under the Kotak Mahindra Bank.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions from the first Respondent would submit that the Petitioner is involving in online investment fraud. He is third liar in the circle involving in investment fraud. As per the investigation conducted by the Cyber Crime Police Station, Madurai, the Petitioner received the amount from others and transferred the same to the different accounts. Therefore, the Respondent Police had issued summons to the Petitioner to appear before the Cyber Crime Police Station. Instead of appearing before the Cyber Crime Police Station, the Petitioner approached this Court by way of filing this petition. The learned Government Advocate also 2/4
submits that the Respondent Police had not frozen the account of the Petitioner. It was frozen by the National Cyber Crime Portal Intermediaries Bank Nodals.
