ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in C.C.No.18 of 2008 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, under E.C. Act Cases, Thanjavur, was arrested on 25.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c)r/w.20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending investigation, the petitioner was arrested and released on bail and after furnishing the charge sheet, he has not received summon from the trial Court. He further submitted that the petitioner was not aware of the non-bailable warrant issued by the trial Court in the year 2009. He further submitted that the petitioner is having one other case of similar in nature.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 25.02.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be

released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Under E.C. Act Cases, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates without fail.
