O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to file final report in connection with Crime No.159 of 2016, dated 02.03.2016 pending on the file of the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the case was closed as "Mistake of Fact".

4. Though a copy of the report was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is stated that the said copy is not legible.

5. In the said circumstances, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) undertakes to hand over a legible copy of the Closure Report to the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Recording the said facts, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
