ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.31 of 2012, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, even though the suit was filed in the year 2012, only the 7th defendant is appearing and contesting the matter and the suit was not disposed even after more than 10 years.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Court, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
