ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify one condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.1003/2018 dated 16.05.2018.

2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.3, already imposed on the petitioners by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.No.1003/2018 dated 16.05.2018, is totally relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the other conditions remain unaltered.
