Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of suspension issued by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.003749/12/2018-1 dated 27.03.2018 and further another order not allowing to retire from service in R.C.No.003749/I2/2018-2 dated 27.03.2018 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to allow the petitioner to retire from service from the post of Assistant Elementary Education Officer on the date of retirement on 31.03.2018 and to settle the retirement benefits to the petitioner as on the date of retirement including regular pension along with interest for the belated payment with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
